From July to September 2026, Islands DHC Express will organise a range of health management programmes covering blood glucose, blood pressure, weight management, sleep health, muscle strength, and knee joint health. Led by various healthcare and professional personnel, the programmes aim to help members build healthier lifestyle habits.
