To celebrate the 29th anniversary of the establishment of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Islands District Health Centre Express will organise the “Happy and Healthy Dance to Welcome July 1 – Line Dance Experience” for members.
This activity combines music, exercise and social interaction. Participants can enjoy dancing to the rhythm while improving cardiorespiratory fitness and relieving stress.
