In view of the development of COVID-19 epidemic situation in Hong Kong and the tightening social distancing measures, all District Health Centre (DHC) and District Health Centre Express (DHCE), with effect from 10 January 2022, will temporarily suspend all on-site group and class activities to minimize crowd gathering. However, online education and exercise class, individual assessment / consultation / therapy session and rehabilitation services will be maintained.
DHCE will exercise necessary infection control measures, including body temperature checking, wearing mask, regular cleansing and disinfection of the facility and equipment.
In order to protect the public, all persons are required to use LeaveHomeSafe mobile application for entry into the DHCE premises except those exempted individuals.
Furthermore, DHCE will continue to promote and educate the importance of COVID-19 vaccination. DHCE will also enhance the support to individual with difficulty in vaccination through liaison with the vaccination service providers and arrangement of vaccination for them.
