The Islands District Health Centre Express Mobile Truck will visit Discovery Bay Plaza to provide free Health Risk Assessment service, including:
- Weight measurement
- Blood pressure check
- Blood glucose test
- Other basic health assessments
Eligible participants will also be encouraged to join the Government-subsidised Primary Healthcare Co-Care Network, which includes:
Screening for the “Three Highs” (high blood pressure, high blood sugar and high cholesterol) & Hepatitis B screening

You are welcome to visit the Mobile Truck on the day to register as members of the Islands District Health Centre Express and enrol in the health screening programmes.
